Service quality assessed in BSEM includes the aspects of walk in channel (security officer, teller, customer service, branch telephone, ATM branch and convenient branch experience) and electronic banking (mobile banking, internet banking, sms banking and call center).
Specifically for walk in channel aspects, they achieved a perfect score of 100% in the ATM Branch category. Further, in the aspect of electronic banking, the performance and features of Bank DKI's mobile banking, namely JakOne Mobile, brought them as a superior compared to other BPDs. In overall, the total score achieved by Bank DKI was 80.06%.
